The Company has been admitted as a Clearing Member of NSE Clearing Limited, with effect from 10 January 2025, in accordance with the applicable rules, regulations, bye-laws, and circulars of NSE Clearing Limited and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
The clearing membership is valid for the following segments:
- Capital Market Segment
- Futures & Options Segment
- Currency Derivatives Segment
- Commodity Derivatives Segment
Pursuant to the said admission, the Company is authorised to undertake clearing and settlement activities in the aforesaid segments, subject to compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, margin obligations, risk management norms, and operational guidelines prescribed by NSE Clearing Limited and SEBI from time to time.
This admission strengthens the Company’s capital market infrastructure and enables integrated execution, clearing, and settlement capabilities across multiple asset classes.
