A Chartered Accountant and MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), he brings deep expertise in international finance, regulatory compliance, and cross-border asset management.
Prior to founding Aikyam Capital Group, Nilesh led International Business Operations (Asia and Africa) at Edelweiss, where he played a pivotal role in building and scaling overseas enterprise functions.
